Hcp is H’ exclusive crocodile. The crocodile skin has distinct and neat patterns, and the pores are perfectly round. The leather surface is flat without undulations, bulges or warps. The bags made from it will be relatively flat, stylish and beautiful.
The disadvantage is that there are relatively few color options. The original – imported Hcp crocodile skins are scarce because they are extremely expensive.
The most classic Togo leather in Hermès, also known as pebbled calfskin, is supplied by Weinheimer Leather Factory in Germany. It is the most common and popular leather for Birkin bags. The leather from the head and neck of young bulls is selected, which helps to maintain the shape of the bag. There is a 3A standard for Togo leather inspection. The leather surface grade, hand – feel thickness, and weight must all reach the A level before it can be used by Hermès. Therefore, not all pebbled calfskins can be called Togo leather.
